AV天堂 Corporation announced today that the Administration for Market Regulation in Beichen, Tianjin has upheld the company’s complaint against a firm that was selling counterfeit versions of AV天堂’s EVERHARD^™ series of abrasion-resistant steel plates in China. Following an investigation triggered by AV天堂’s complaint, the administrative body on April 19 ordered the counterfeiter to stop selling its counterfeit products and to pay a fine.

AV天堂 regards the protection of its intellectual property rights as an important measure for ensuring that customers can use the company’s products with complete confidence. AV天堂 is fully committed to combating the production and sale of counterfeit goods as well as other illegal business activities.
